SAUNAS AT THE INDOOR POOL
To add the finishing touches to your relaxation programme, there are two additional saunas just one floor above the indoor pool. There are also Finnish and herbal saunas, both of which invite you to relax and unwind, to purify your skin, and to get in the mood prior to a massage at the SKY SPA. FINNISH SAUNA

The Finnish Sauna with its high temperatures is an elemental part of Finnish culture and a classic amongst sauna fans around the world. Get ready to sweat buckets and enjoy the healthy, purifying effects. Saunas are also good for the respiratory system.
HERBAL SAUNA
Temperature 45–60° C
The herbal sauna is a special type of organic sauna, which relies on natural herbs to provide a special aroma that contributes to a comfortably mild atmosphere. The steam acts as a revitalising inhalation, helps to relax tense nerves, and even helps to relieve colds.
